Responsibilities

• Answers telephone, takes messages, routes calls and provides standard information to callers.
• Picks up, sorts, and delivers mail.
• Monitors office supplies and places orders to maintain stock levels.
• Maintains and files documents; posts and archives information.
• Greets visitors and ensures standard actions are taken for contacts.
• Suggests improvements to work processes and customer satisfaction.
