Job summary

Confidential is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high quality patient care in a clinical setting administered by Nurse Managers and supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model.

The role requires active nursing licensure, adherence to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics, and collaboration across shifts to ensure patient and family engagement and safe outcomes for all patients in our Georgia hospitals.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia or multi-state with compact license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred or required by department

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting age, gender and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families, updating goals and coordinating care across disciplines.
• Document care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance.
