Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Accessioning or similar laboratory data entry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a biohazard environment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and prepare specimens for testing in the lab.
• Review requisitions for missing information and obtain it promptly.
• Enter data into the LIS, label samples, and generate travel documents.
• Maintain chain of custody, QA checks, and document handling.
• Coordinate specimen shipments to reference labs and maintain logs.
