Job summary

Configure is hiring an Hourly Associate for the night shift at its North Baltimore, OH facility. The role runs 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off.

Starting pay is $20/hour with increases every 6 months; reliable transportation and attendance are required. Responsibilities include running injection molding machines, maintaining quality and efficiency, inspecting and packing finished products, and reporting scrap and production data at shift end.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment including standing for long periods.
• Must be able to perform basic math skills.
• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Must be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality products.
• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Inspect items and sort defect-free pieces by eye.
• Prepare product via deburring and cleaning to standard.
• Inspect and pack products according to standard.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Provide production reporting and scrap counts at shift end.
• Communicate with previous shift for important information.
• Notify Team Leaders and supervisors of issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
