Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Shell Assembler for the 3rd shift in Nacogdoches, TX. The role involves assembling transformers, sub-assemblies, and shells by following blueprints and procedures.

You will load cores and coils, perform quality checks, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the shift. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with a shift premium, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written procedures and blueprints.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble shells and sub-assemblies per specifications and procedures.
• Load cores/coils on stacking line and ensure proper alignment.
• Test finished units for proper connections using testing equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety guidelines during maintenance.
