Job summary

Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a Night Service Manager — Roving to support multiple Lewis communities in the Greater Sacramento area. This full-time role travels among Natomas, Roseville, Vacaville, Sacramento, and Antelope, with mileage reimbursement for required travel between sites.

The position covers evenings and late-night shifts (typically 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.), enforcing rules, supervising on-site staff, and addressing after-hours issues with a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, security, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful or challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to self-supervise and work independently.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Parking enforcement of resident, guest, and visitor vehicles.
• Property patrols and safety checks across assigned communities.
• Provide minor maintenance assistance and complete simple maintenance requests.
• Deliver notices and communications as needed.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and after-hours issues.
• Complete incident reports and document important events during each shift.
• Travel between Lewis communities within the greater Sacramento area.

NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER — ROVING — Greater Sacramento Area

About Your New Career:

Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable, and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager — Roving.

This position will travel between multiple Lewis communities throughout the greater Sacramento area, including Natomas, Roseville, Vacaville, Sacramento, and Antelope. Mileage is reimbursed for required travel between assigned communities.

This full-time evening and night-hours career consists of 8-hour shifts, typically scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. You will provide after-hours support and supervision at our apartment communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive, and customer-focused manner.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Parking enforcement of resident, guest, and visitor vehicles.
• Property patrols, including walking assigned communities to identify safety, maintenance, or other concerns.
• Providing minor maintenance assistance and completing simple maintenance requests for residents when appropriate.
• Delivering notices and other communications as needed.
• Responding professionally to resident concerns, complaints, and after-hours issues.
• Completing incident reports and documenting important events during each shift.
• Traveling between assigned Lewis communities throughout the greater Sacramento area.
• Providing an overall “customer service-first approach” to Lewis residents and guests.
• Other duties as required.

To be successful, your background should include:

• Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, security, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public and/or customers.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful or challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to self-supervise and work independently.
• Strong judgment, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete clear documentation and incident reports.
• Valid California driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Additional Info:

This career works evenings and late into the night and requires travel between multiple Lewis communities. Walking throughout apartment communities and using stairs will be required.

Days off are Monday and Tuesday. Weekend availability is required.

Mileage is reimbursed for required travel between assigned communities.

Salary & Benefits:
