Compensation depends on relevant experience, education, skills, function, location, and other factors. The expected base rate for this role is between $30.70 and $32.70 per hour.

Starting pay is $30.70 per hour.

Daily overtime applies after 8 hours.

Main Responsibilities

1. Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet productivity standards.
2. Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
3. Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
4. Verify correct, damage-free products have been selected.
5. Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
6. Assist in clearing aisles of debris, managing pallets, and returning equipment to charging areas.

Physical Requirements

• Work comfortably in environments from -5 to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to over 80 lbs. repeatedly; move over 1,000 cases per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting.
• Available for 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday, with potential weekend and holiday work.
• Recent experience in high-endurance or physically demanding roles preferred.
• Experience with large-scale order selection or operating motorized pallet jacks preferred.
