Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Security Supervisor for the night shift (11pm–7am) to lead security on the Burlington campus. You will coordinate shift plans, supervise staff, and respond to emergencies, ensuring safety across LHMC facilities and parking areas.

This role requires strong leadership, incident reporting, and knowledge of security systems. Availability for on-call duties and weekend shifts is expected as part of the rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current driver’s license; CPI NCI; AVADE Workplace Violence Levels I–III; BLS CPR/AED; Stop the Bleed and Nasal Naloxone; Safe Environment for Suicidal/Homicidal Patients.
• Experience: Four years in law enforcement, security, and/or customer service; two years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of security personnel and shift planning.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate security responses.
• Ensure incident documentation and reporting to Security Operations.
• Maintain knowledge of security systems and train staff on shift.
• Enforce parking, access control, and restricted areas policies.
