GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. The role varies day to day with events, patrols, and surveillance, requiring adaptability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Must pass extensive screening
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
