Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Response Security Officer in Tucson, AZ. The role rotates through customer service, patrols, and surveillance, demanding adaptability and precise action.

This full-time position on the 1st shift runs Saturday through Tuesday, 6:00am–2:00pm (32 hours per week) with a starting wage of $18.40 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to pass

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Able to pass extensive screening
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Active guard license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
