Job summary

St. Joseph of the Pines, part of the Trinity Health network in Southern Pines, NC, is seeking a Security and Transportation Officer for the Night Shift (Mon–Fri 12pm–8pm).

The role protects residents, staff and visitors while providing secure transportation to appointments and activities. You will maintain a safe campus, transport residents in a company vehicle, assist with mobility, coordinate schedules, and respond to safety concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required.
• Customer service and professionalism essential.
• Verbal and written communication skills strong.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Ability to transfer residents on/off bus and coordinate transport.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment on campus.
• Transport residents in a company vehicle to appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with mobility challenges during transportation.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and refueling.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with staff and residents.
• Respond to safety concerns promptly and professionally.
