Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and customer concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property (common areas, storefronts, parking areas, perimeter).
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and communications with site management and responders.
