Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Residential Facility Safety Officer in Colorado Springs for a full-time night shift (Sun-Wed, 6PM–4AM). You will patrol sites, monitor access, and enforce site regulations to maintain a secure environment for clients and residents.

The role requires a minimum 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet site visitors and residents, assist as needed.
• Conduct foot patrols hourly and complete daily activity/incident reports.
• Ask unauthorized persons to leave the facility calmly and professionally.
• Monitor safety procedures and maintain a safe distance during incidents.
• Protect evidence and preserve the scene of incidents.
• Remain on-site for the entire shift and monitor cameras.
