Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws; drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements as dictated by state/local laws; driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site-specific policies; assist with emergency response when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
