Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Overnight Observation in Phoenix, AZ for a part-time position. You will monitor a financial institution, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access points, and documenting events with clear reports. Minimum 2 years of security experience and a high school diploma are required; a guard card is

Qualifications

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Guard card or license preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
Applicants may be subject to a drug screen.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution per site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
