Job summary

Applicants must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, pass a drug screen, and hold CPR/First Aid/AED certification or be willing to obtain it. This is a non-armed, safety-focused role requiring integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a drug screening at hire and randomly thereafter, per federal requirements.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Observe and report suspicious activities; maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols and manage access control.
• Respond to emergencies; administer CPR/First Aid/AED as needed.
• Coordinate with the client and site supervisor; adhere to policies.
