Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while following site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to designated areas by verifying credentials and documenting entries/exits.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per established protocols.
• Complete accurate activity reports and patrol logs with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, or telecom location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas by checking credentials and verifying visitor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate activity reports and logs while maintaining professional communication with leadership and site personnel.
