Responsibilities

• Patrols properties and grounds periodically.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized entry.
• Relieve the Front Desk Clerk for lunch and assist the desk clerk at other times.
• Provide immediate first aid to residents, employees, and visitors per Heart Saver First Aid guidelines.
• Guard property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
