Job summary

Inns of Aurora is seeking a Night Auditor to cover the 11pm–7am shift. The role includes auditing charges, reconciling daily activity, and maintaining the guest ledger. You will also function as a front desk agent and support the Accounting Department as needed.

Responsibilities

• Audit all charges and postings, correcting as needed.

• Prepare daily reports.
• Enforce fire, life and safety procedures.
• Act as a front desk agent during overnight hours.
• Assist Accounting Department and perform other duties as assigned.

$18-$20 hourly depending on experience

The Inns of Aurora is currently seeking a night auditor/security. Night Auditor accounts for and ensures accuracy of the day's business and remains available to serve the overnight needs of guests. The hours are 11pm-7am.

• Responsible for auditing of all charges and postings, correcting work as required.
• Reconcile daily activity and close all accounts in preparation for the new day.
• Maintain an accurate guest ledger in the property management system.
• Ensure processes are completed in accordance with guidelines from the accounting department.
• Prepare daily reports
• Be aware and able to enforce all fire, life and safety procedures.
• Function as a front desk agent
• Assist the Accounting Department as needed and all other duties assigned.

Requirements
