Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring an Overnight Security Guard at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, MO. The role requires patrolling and monitoring guest areas, assisting management, and responding to emergencies to ensure guest safety and property protection.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Security experience preferred (Military Veteran, Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, Corrections).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Current Driver’s License required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Patrols lobbies, corridors and public restrooms and collaborates with management and guests.
• Patrols public areas to detect fires and unsafe conditions.
• Assist management and enforce regulations; respond to emergencies.
• Operate in uniform and report to work on schedule.
• Greet guests and uphold OHM Service culture.
