Job summary

Hertz is hiring a part-time Security Representative to work at the security booth at the exit of our lot, ensuring the vehicle and rental contract numbers match and directing traffic.

You will interact with customers in a polite, professional manner, work outdoors in all weather, and must have a valid driver's license. Prior customer service and security exposure is preferred; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year customer service and security experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively & courteously to customers.
• Must be neatly groomed and have a professional appearance.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the security booth at the exit of the Hertz lot.
• Check out customers as they leave to ensure the vehicle and rental contract numbers match.
• Direct traffic and scan vehicle numbers into a handheld computer; interact with customers professionally outdoors.
