Allied Universal, Tempe, AZ, seeks a Security Officer - Corporate Concierge to safeguard clients and provide exceptional service on a corporate property. The role includes unarmed patrols, monitoring access, and incident reporting as part of a security team focused on a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualified candidates will have 6 months of security experience, be able to ride a bike, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, follow visitor procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
