Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Concierge in Phoenix, AZ to protect government facilities, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining situational awareness.

The role is full-time with daytime shifts and a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. Applicants must hold an Armed Guard Card or License, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 21+, and pass background checks and drug screening. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and assist with access control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document actions.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with laws, regulations, and policies.
