Qualifications

• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and neat and professional appearance.
• Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and assist customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain visible presence in the facility and monitor the environment for suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Know the facility policies and enforce them within the role's limits.
• Perform required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removal.
• Follow established emergency action planning and procedures.
• Monitor alarms and systems; prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
