Job summary

Tulsa County's Tulsa County Transitional Living Center is seeking staff to monitor residents and respond to inquiries and safety concerns during a night shift from midnight to 8:30 a.m. A $1 shift differential applies. Work Sundays through Thursdays with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Under supervision, you will log distributions, complete incident reports, and coordinate with Case Managers to ensure client safety and privacy while maintaining a respectful, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with up to three months’ relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Effective presentation of information in one-on-one or small groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras and TLC residents for safety.
• Provide comfort care and hygiene items; log distributions.
• Restock toiletries as needed.
• Complete incident reports and notify supervisors.
• Check clients and guests in and out.
• Respond to medical, security, or mental health emergencies.
• Maintain detailed documentation per center protocols.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and center inspections.
