Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking staff for the Stepdown Intermediate Care unit on a full-time night shift. You will perform basic patient care and assist with ADLs under supervision, while reporting changes to nursing staff and maintaining clean rooms and equipment.

The role supports patient movement, documentation and ongoing care delivery in a fast-paced hospital setting, with emphasis on safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant experience required.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
• Licensure/certification can substitute education or experience as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
• Assist with patient movement and placement.
• Support daily living activities and personal care for patients.
• Report changes to nursing staff and document records.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and equipment.
