Job summary

Tulsa County is seeking a Pretrial Case Manager for a jail setting. The role runs 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, Wednesday through Sunday, and involves data entry, background checks, and preparation of pretrial packets for court review.

Responsibilities include interacting with defendants, accessing OCIS/OSCN data, and maintaining confidential records while supporting bond docket operations. Strong data entry skills and NCIC certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to graduation from high school with typing/data entry coursework.
• Two years of satisfactory full-time work in a court services related program preferred.
• Knowledge of criminal codes/regulations and data privacy required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background investigations, assess eligibility for programs.
• Complete weekly inmate pod checks for potential Pretrial Release.
• Input information into databases; maintain and close files.
• Attend daily bond dockets; prepare pretrial packets with recommendations.
• Interact with defendants and referrals, perform follow-up calls as needed.
