Anchor Ingredients is seeking a Night Shift Scale House Operator to manage receiving, loading and milling processes while maintaining high quality and efficiency. The role involves scaling inbound/outbound loads, testing samples, and ensuring proper documentation.

You will monitor production flow, operate and inspect equipment, and perform housekeeping duties as needed, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work in dust.
• Open traps on trailers rucks.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Work at significant heights.

Responsabilités

• Scale inbound loads (dumping or parking on Dolly Pad) and outbound loads (live or preloaded).
• Probe, test and scale loads; obtain samples and ensure COA or barcode per customer requirements.
• Enter test results in BCFoods and post paperwork in a timely manner.
• Monitor production flow, check belts, destoner, hullers, roller mill and other equipment per shift.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned, including outdoor maintenance.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and communicate with Maintenance and Supervisor; prioritize safety.
