Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, reassemble and sanitize meat processing equipment.
• Ensure proper sanitation per SOPs to meet mandatory requirements.
• Work as a team under supervisor guidance and follow safety guidelines.
• Complete documentation and record-keeping accurately and on time.
• Inspect sanitation work to meet operating standards for plant start-up.
• Follow company QA, sanitation manuals and directives.
• Train and instruct others on sanitation standards and GMPs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; weekend work possible.
• Perform tasks safely without posing health or safety risks.
