Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Sanitation Team Member for the 3rd shift at our Buckner, KY facility. You will lead daily sanitation activities, support line staff, and help uphold top safety, quality, and food-safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in manufacturing sanitation; proficiency with SAP and scanners is preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or food production sanitation preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with SAP and hand scanners; basic math skills.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain sanitation equipment.
• Support line employees and ensure food safety and quality.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSMA guidelines.
• Document sanitation records and participate in 5S initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams and provide coverage as needed.
