Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking a Sanitation Technician for the 3rd shift to clean and maintain assigned areas, tear down machinery, and assist with setup before production begins. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math functions and skills.
• Poultry experience preferred but not required.
• Basic Chemical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all machinery and areas assigned.
• Tear down machinery at the start of the cleanup shift.
• Help setup before production starts in the morning.
• Follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
