Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Sanitation Associate for the 3rd shift in Texas. You will clean and maintain assigned areas, tear down machinery, and help set up before production starts, using cleaning chemicals and ensuring safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours, plus a basic understanding of machinery teardown and a reliable work ethic. Benefits available day one, on-the-job training, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math skills are preferred.
• Poultry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use chemicals to clean and sanitize all machinery and areas assigned.
• Tear down machinery at the beginning of cleanup shift.
• Help setup before production starts in the morning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision and management.
• Follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
