Job summary

FedUp Foods is seeking a Sanitor to join our production sanitation team. This role focuses on routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, maintaining supplies, and supporting GMP/SSOP standards to ensure food safety.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working with a diverse team. Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue, and Fri, 10:00pm–8:30am with 3rd shift differential; manual cleaning and safety are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills for training and safety.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to follow PPE protocols.
• Team-oriented with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP and SSOP compliance across production areas.
• Sanitize and clean processing equipment per MSS and SSOP schedules.
• Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, CIP, etc.) safely.
• Log activities and monitor critical parameters on shared systems.
• Support QA and HACCP goals for food safety and quality.
