Job summary

University Hospitals Parma Medical Center seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our acute care team on the night shift. You will provide respiratory care, operate ventilators, manage aerosol delivery, and monitor patients closely to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor degree in Respiratory, hold an active RRT credential, Ohio license, and BLS; ACLS is preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• RRT certification and active state license or eligibility.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in hospital respiratory care is preferred; 1+ years is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical ventilation support.
• Deliver medicated aerosols.
• Perform airway clearance therapy.
• Monitor patient status and response to therapy.
• Administer oxygen and humidity therapy.
• Execute specialty procedures and transports as needed.
