Ideal candidates hold RRT and BLS, with 1+ years of respiratory therapy experience and NICU exposure. This is a full-time night position requiring collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory (Required) or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory (Required).
• 1+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience (Preferred).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Current RCP Ohio license granted by the Ohio Medical Board (Required).
• AARC membership within 6 months of hire date (Required).
• NRP certification (Neonatal facilities) required within 6 months.
• PALS (Preferred).
• At least 2 years NICU experience and delivering care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical ventilation.
• Airway clearance therapy.
• Oxygen and humidity therapy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and PHI safeguarding requirements.
• Supports care for newborn and OB patients in NICU/OB unit.
