The position involves lifting and handling deliveries and communicating effectively with Spanish-speaking drivers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high reliability and strong problem-solving and communication

Responsibilities

• Route Planning: Organize and coordinate daily routes for seven vans.
• Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers, provide directions and support.
• Vehicle Inspections: Inspect vans to ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Order Preparation: Prepare, organize, sort, and load orders for delivery; hands-on work.
• Daily Operations: Monitor routes and deliveries to keep operations running smoothly.
• Quality Control: Verify orders and ensure correct items are prepared for delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Address scheduling delays and delivery issues as they arise.
