Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dispatching role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proven supervisory skills to lead drivers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage drivers to meet performance standards.
• Monitor driver activities and provide coaching as needed.
• Evaluate and motivate driver performance with clear benchmarks.
• Review and approve pre-planned routes for efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate order pickups and deliveries for optimal routes.
• Train drivers on ELD/On-Board devices and related tech.
• Update dispatch information in customer platforms daily.
• Oversee appointment scheduling for pickups and store deliveries.
• Enter manual orders into the system and maintain accuracy.
• Manage equipment assignments and update AS400 records.
