Qualifikationen
- Current RN license
- BLS required within 7 days of start date
- 1+ year L&D RN experience required
- ACLS/Neonatal resuscitation/STABLE certifications preferred
Aufgaben
- Welcome each perinatal patient to the L&D Unit and promote a sense of security in care.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient condition including fetal monitoring results.
- Perform nursing duties in the continuum of care for Maternal Child Health.
- Participate in department process improvement efforts and activities.
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
