Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be licensed RN in the state of practice.
- Must have an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Five years in long-term or acute care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate 24-hour Nursing Services.
- Ensure care meets physician orders and regulatory standards.
- Lead in admissions decisions and staff policy interpretation.
- Monitor infection control program and QA activities to ensure compliance.
- Prepare staff for inspections and support during surveys.
