Mercy in Kentucky is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Stepdown unit on FT nights (4x10s). This role uses the nursing process to provide patient care, with accountability for care quality and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure required and maintained.
• Preferred 1 year of critical care experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
