Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours supervision of hospital personnel and resources.
• Reassign staff to optimize skills and workload.
• Conduct rounds and review hospital activity and reports.
• Participate in committees and regular management meetings.
• Coordinate resources for unanticipated hospital situations.
• Review and interpret hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to coordinate activities.
• Provide temporary solutions and necessary follow-up.
• Report emergency situations and perform other duties as assigned.
