Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking an RN in a charge nurse/entry-level management role for night shifts (PRN). The incumbent will coordinate care on designated shifts and provide leadership to unit staff in patient care.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process for all patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes, and contributing to unit-based and hospital governance through continuous professional development and teaching.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license.
• Two years relevant patient care experience required.
• BCLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager with operational activities of unit.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with management of patient care delivery on the unit.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency utilizing the nursing process.
