Job summary

Trenton Gardens Rehabilitation is a premier skilled nursing facility in Mercer County, New Jersey, seeking RN Supervisors for the 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts. The role oversees day-to-day clinical activities of nursing staff, interprets patient information, administers medications, and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license and current BLS certification, with 3 years RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities of nursing staff.
• Interpret patient information and coordinate actions.
• Administer medications and wound care as needed.
• Lead admissions assessments and care planning meetings.
• Maintain infection control standards and document care.
• Coordinate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
