Job summary

Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring an RN Supervisor for a part-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM, weekends). The role leads nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports staff to deliver high‑quality resident care.

Compensation ranges from $37 to $50 per hour, all inclusive. At Yardley, strong clinical leadership is essential to safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PA RN license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
