Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school preferred.
• Current RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Over 1 year of RN experience strongly preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in any setting required.
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some leadership/charge RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations day-to-day and ensure adequate staffing.
• Lead delivery of behavioral health services with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to meet patient needs and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and physician communication.
• Mentor and train staff; delegate tasks to maintain care quality.
• Document care, orders, and nursing assessments accurately.
