Job summary

Southcoast Behavioral in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a PT RN Supervisor for Nights, every other weekend. The role oversees nursing operations, staffing, and coordination of behavioral health services to Child/Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric populations.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred and a current RN license; 1+ year RN experience (psychiatric strongly preferred) with leadership experience. Competitive benefits and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing (preferred).
• Current registered nursing license in the state of the facility.
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred; 1 year in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some experience as a charge RN or leadership role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and physicians.
• Document medical and behavioral health information and nursing care.
• Administer medications and maintain records according to policy.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead on shift for admissions, discharges, and changes in patient conditions.
