Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA is seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role provides clinical leadership, oversees resident care, and ensures services align with individualized care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

You will support nurses and CNAs, monitor medication administration and assessments, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Previous supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Long‑term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities
