Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. at Harston Hall in Flourtown, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the overnight shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.).

This leadership role guides nursing staff, coordinates clinical activities on the unit, and ensures safe, quality resident care during the night. Applicants should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, an active Pennsylvania RN license, and prior long‑term care experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Long‑term care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on overnight shift, including medication administration and resident care.
• Conduct routine nursing rounds on each unit during the shift.
• Provide education and guidance to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by nursing leadership.

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, active, and unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous long‑term care experience required

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, including medication administration, blood draws, and overall resident care
• Conduct routine nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift
• Provide education and guidance to staff, residents, and family members as needed
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
