Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for a stepdown unit in Missouri. The role focuses on guiding nursing teams, using the nursing process to provide patient care, and coordinating with departments to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position requires an accredited nursing program credential and an active RN license in Missouri or a valid compact license, with preferred 1 year of critical care experience and BLS (ACLS may be required).

Qualifications
