Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for Postpartum, Labor & Delivery and Special Care Nursery to float between units.

The role requires RN licensure in Michigan, BLS certification within 3 months, and L&D experience preferred. You will provide nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and support patient families during shifts from 7pm to 7:30am on weekdays and every third weekend.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 2 months (60 days) of hire date or transfer date required.
• Certified BLS provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained with 3 months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Or, Certified Instructor.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of delegated, interdependent, and independent nursing services to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
